Mistyping a tnsentry in 10g gives
ORA-12154 (See ORA-12154.ora-code.com): TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
Hugely improved error message I think. I hope there was at least a 3 hour internal meeting at oracle corp to determine the new wording :(
